Baja Fresh Mexican Grill® (www.BajaFresh.com), the fast-casual fresh Mexican food chain, is hosting a grand opening celebration in honor of the newest Baja Fresh location in Medford, Oregon on July 6, 2017. The general public is invited to go to the grand opening event, which will be organised from 10:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and will include a live radio remote with KTMT.
The new Baja Fresh restaurant in Medford, located at 539 Medford Center, officially opened on July 3, 2017 and it is the first place for franchisees Russ and Heather Koehler.
“We are excited to create Medford its first https://www.storeholidayhours.org/baja-fresh-menu-prices/,” said Heather. “Whenever we would drive up north, we always searched for a Baja Fresh. The food is definitely delicious and it’s always packed, therefore we knew we just had to open one in Medford. They’re likely to like it.”
The 2,200 square foot Baja Fresh restaurant comes with a covered patio, conveniently located in the entrance to Medford’s largest movie theater complex. The patio is done with music, a lot of shade, and even offers infrared heating bars to maintain customers warm on cooler days. With 50 seats inside and 50 outside, the area is a perfect spot to enjoy fresh Mexican cuisine.
Baja Fresh Introduces Quesadilla Tacos – Baja Fresh Mexican Grill® Baja Fresh introduces Quesadilla Tacos, a twist on traditional tacos, inspired through the brand’s Executive Chef, Francisco “Chema” Castellanos. To get a short time, guests can have a mix and match platter featuring two Quesadilla Tacos inside their selection of Steak, Chicken, or Carnitas, served with rice and beans.
Quesadilla Tacos, currently available through Jan. 7, 2018, are produced with Jack cheese melted between two corn tortillas and filled with premium, fire grilled meat, pinto beans, onions, cilantro, fresh sliced avocado and then topped with their own unique salsa.
