Color matching issues happen on a more frequent basis- Color matching issues within the apparel industry happen from time to time. That is to be expected, considering that the apparel industry uses numerous materials like polyester, nylon, rayon, cotton, silk, etc., that potentially all have to match each other.
Everybody knows that no material supplier can match every color standard in a CMC DE of .8 each and every time in your light sources. However, if ศูนย์ ทดสอบสิ่งทอ suddenly takes a nose-dive plus they begin sending you lab dips or production that seem to be NOTHING like your standard or are consistently above a 2. CMC DE with no explanation, you need to address it IMMEDIATELY with your supplier.
Usually do not pass go- do not collect $200. Have your corrective course of action in position and begin its execution NOW. Don’t turn a blind eye and expect that things can get better. Color matching issues that go un-addressed always get worse, never better.
Material quality issues happen regularly- Your supplier used to submit passing test reports with every lot exactly like you required. Better still, they had an internal certified lab, tested everything internally, and not shipped anything outside your tolerance without forewarning and a darn good reason (and after that only on rare occasions).
But lately, they have been sending material in your garment makers with failing test reports and no prior warning or explanation, or they have got stopped sending reports with the goods altogether. Possibly even your garment maker is re-testing the merchandise because there are no test reports, which is failing their in-house testing, which is now holding increase your garment production. Nip this in the bud immediately, by executing your brand’s corrective course of action.
After the issue is brought to their attention, the supplier offers to fix them- but the problem is never addressed fully. Sure, they read and react to your emails a bit faster for a couple of weeks once you bring the difficulties for their attention, and maybe they can come visit in-person to smooth things over. But per month later it’s deja-vu all over again, and you’re getting the same issues as before.
Your garment maker refuses to keep up the most basic interaction with all the supplier without yourself on copy- Initially, your garment maker only copied you on the most important issues. But as time passes due to these increased บริษัท ทดสอบสิ่งทอ and quality issues, the garment maker has lost all trust inside the material supplier and it is copying you on EVERYTHING. EVERY. LITTLE. THING. Additionally, the garment maker might even start to give you swatches of every roll of material, requiring sign-off by you (the manufacturer) before they will consent to cut it and create your garments. This can be CYA at it’s finest, and that i don’t have to let you know that you don’t have plenty of time to deal with this.
The supplier changed your material specs without your consent. This is the ultimate sin as far as I’m concerned, and it’s happening a lot more frequently within these economic conditions. It always happens similar to this: the truth is increased material quality failures, send the samples off to a third party lab to get analyzed, and also the weight is entirely off, or even the filament type used does not match your material spec sheet. A material failure will often tip you off to the reality that the fabric that you will be pathaf shipped will not be what it really was intended to be. This occurs once, it’s time for corrective action plan. If this takes place twice, it’s time to find a new supplier- a true supplier partner.
When is it time to state goodbye? There are far too many quality material suppliers on the market for you to be saddled with a bad performing supplier. Issues arise from time-to-time, but when 3 of the 5 issues above ring true to suit your needs right now, it is probably time for you to re-source your material to your supplier who will appreciate your small business.
